This is the first post on our new blog. We are so excited to announce that we have added rowing classes to the list of amazing things we offer at Float! SIGNATURE ROW is a custom designed 30 minute class. It is High Intensity Interval Training with a short abdominal workout during the ROW. What makes SIGNATURE ROW unique is the heart pumping music chosen specifically for the class. The end result will be toned abs and firm glutes and legs. Come enjoy the ROW! You can book classes through our website and also through the MindBody app-all you need to do is search, “Float Fitness” and our full schedule will appear.
